The Ping Mortgage Company was created out of a need for a better way to finance your real estate transactions. We are a group of mortgage professionals who have broad experience and knowledge in real estate finance. We strive to provide the lowest possible interest rates and fees available in the market, and we have achieved it through hard work, teamwork and better use of information technology. Ping Mortgage is the largest independent mortgage broker in Georgia according to data published by Georgia Department Banking and Finance in 2007.

Management Team

The Ping Mortgage Company was co-founded and is managed by Ping Zhang and Yale Xiao who have more than 20 years of combined experience in mortgage lending in the Southeastern USA. Ping and Yale work directly with our mortgage clients throughout the entire mortgage origination process from beginning to end. We work hard to ensure your financing process to be smooth and successful.

Ping Zhang, Co-founder and President

Mrs. Ping Zhang graduated from China's prestigious Tsinghua University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. She is the first Asian American from China who started mortgage business in Georgia in 1995 and was co-owner of Home Pointe Mortgage Inc. Ping has extensive knowledge of every aspect of the loan origination and won numerous mortgage industry awards in the past decade. Ping focuses exclusively on loan processing, accounting and back office support. Ping is very active in Atlanta Asian community. She and her family have been generous sponsors for almost all major cultural events in the Chinese community. Yale Xiao, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (NMLS #166351, GA #26604)

Mr. Yale Xiao graduated from University of Miami with a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering after obtaining his MS & BS degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Before founding the Ping Mortgage Company, Yale held several technical and management positions in companies like Bentley Systems Inc, GE and ChoicePoint Inc (acquired by LexisNexis for $4 billion in October 2008.) His last corporate position was Lead Internet Architect with ChoicePoint/LexisNexis. Yale manages the daily operations of the Ping Mortgage and works directly with clients as an originator. Yale has been fully committed to the Atlanta local communities for the past decade. He has served on the board for four 501(c) non-profit organizations, Association of Chinese Professionals, Atlanta Contemporary Chinese Academy, Tsinghua Alumni Association of Georgia (as president in 2001), and currently on Scouting at the Creek.
